Return policy on customer remorseWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return policy on damaged, wrong or faulty products

Should our efforts not yield a successful tracking of your shipment after the 5-day inquiry, the shipment will be considered as lost. In such a scenario, you will have the option to receive a full refund or opt for a replacement, according to your preference.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
